FPD Industry Corp. / Fasten Products Mfg., Ltd. abbreviate 「Fasten Pedal」. Fasten founded in 1994 in Taiwan, and second factory-Fasten Products Mfg., Ltd. established in 2000 in Shenzhen. We set up “Shenzhen Fong Ming Bicycle component Corp.” for China domestic pedals/headsets sales, and we established our third new factory- at Zhangpu County nearby Xiamen City in September 2015 which produced pedals/headsets/stems, etc.

Taiwan factory is around 2500 square meters and has 45 employees, manufacturing 100000 PRS pedal and 30000 sets headset per month. Shenzhen factory is around 15000 square meters and has 250 employees, manufacturing 450000 PRS pedal and 150000 sets headset per month. In future, we predict we can output 1000000 PRS pedal, 30000 sets headset and 200000 pcs stem per month from Zhangpu factory which will around 32000 square meters and has 400 employees.

Our main facilities includes plastic injection machine, heat treatment equipment, axle forging machine, CNC machine, milling machine, automatic assembling machine, anodized machine, laser engraving machine, and all kinds of drilling machine for the headsets, pedals and stems production in house.
